Job Description :-
|
Responsible for the development of the ServiceNow platform.; configuring/customizing the ServiceNow system • Will be creating, administering and managing the Workflow configurations • Will be creating and customizing user forms, workflows; loading, manipulating and maintaining data between Service-now and other systems • Customize scripts, Business Rules, UI Scripts etc. • Create, administer and manage Workflow Configuration. • Utilize best practices for development, conducting thorough testing, analyzing, and certifying all changes to Service-now • Maintaining and supporting ServiceNow operational functions; monitoring health, usage and overall compliance of the application • Researching and deploying new releases and/or enhancements into the ServiceNow live environment • Should have experience working with ServiceNow Discovery
Additional Requirements:
• Minimum 4 + years of hands-on experience administering and configuring the ServiceNow platform
• Proficient Knowledge of JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, Jelly or similar web technologies • 3+ years of experience in SaaS software configuration and/or development • Functional knowledge and implementation experience of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks working directly with customers and clients • Experience building and coding Configuration Management Databases (CMDB) • Working knowledge of LDAP, AD, SSO, Email Infrastructure, Web Services • Working knowledge of remote administration via SSH, SNMP, WMI or PowerShell • Working knowledge of relational databases • Working knowledge of systems and network performance and availability monitoring and analysis as well as configuration management • Understanding of IT help desk and service management along with a good understanding of the ITIL framework including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, and/or Service Desk.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently present ideas
